About Us

Arte Fundamental, established in 2009 in the vibrant city of São Paulo, started as the brainchild of Bianca Cutait and Cidinha Izique. With a passion for art and finances, from the get-go, they set out create a platform that celebrated art as alternative assets around the world, while empowering collectors, investors, and institutions to navigate the art market with insight, integrity and impact.

In 2014, Arte Fundamental launched its international operation in Miami, Florida. Working very closely with clients during Miami Beach Art Basel, the company quickly positioned itself as a trusted partner in art advisory, connecting collectors with exceptional works and offering strategic insight at one of the world's most dynamic art fairs. As relationships deepened and client needs evolved, Arte Fundamental naturally expanded its services to include auction representation. Acting on behalf of collectors, we began navigating major international auction houses — advising on acquisitions, negotiating terms, and managing consignments — always with a focus on discretion, market intelligence, and protecting long-term value. And in 2016, Arte Fundamental also became a gallery in the heart of Miami, in the beautiful neighborhood of Lemon City.
